The motorized feeder FDM500 feeds automatically different conditioning machines, like cellophane wrappers, thermo-filming machines, labellers, etc. Setup is very easy, since the FD500 provides a fibre optic sensor driven output regulation, adjusting automatically the frequency at the output of the product. There is no electrical connection necessary between the feeder FDM500 and your machine. The feeder FDM500 frees you the manpower that is usually necessary to feed your machine. Thus, one single operator can load the feeder and pick up the product coming out of your machine. The FDM500 feeder is compatible with the following products: paper-, carton-, plastic- and Tyvek sleeves, standard CD cases, CD slim and DVD cases. |
