The next generation CDC180 is a Nintendo DS software and game case desktop overwrapper which can achieve a quality finish equal to that of a more expensive wrapping machine.
The semi-automatic overwrapping operation is simple and effective. A pre-cut sheet of polypropylene wrapping material is placed on the platform. The game or software case is simply placed on this pre-cut sheet and the user closes the cover, which tensions the wrapping and makes the first heat-seal. The game case is then placed into the hopper for the second fold and seal operation, which is fully automatic. The result is a professionally folded and sealed overwrapped Nintendo DS game / software case.
Polypropylene wrapping material can be supplied in boxes of 10,000 sheets from JMV Robotique.
