The next generation CDC180 is a Nintendo
DS software and game case desktop overwrapper which can achieve a
quality finish equal to that of a more expensive wrapping machine.
The semi-automatic overwrapping operation is simple and effective. A
pre-cut sheet of polypropylene wrapping material is placed on the
platform. The game or software case is simply placed on this pre-cut
sheet and the user closes the cover, which tensions the wrapping and
makes the first heat-seal. The game case is then placed into the hopper
for the second fold and seal operation, which is fully automatic. The
result is a professionally folded and sealed overwrapped Nintendo DS
game / software case.
Polypropylene wrapping material can be supplied in boxes of 10,000 sheets from JMV Robotique.
The Nintendo DS software case overwrapping is suitable for even the
best retail use and all for a fraction of the cost of outsourcing.
